Center for Mindful Business helps you answer questions, such as: "Is the company performing well, especially compared to their competition? Are the organization’s projects and culture in alignment with its values, purpose, and business drivers? How is the company performing over the long term?" Greater financial success is achieved by implementing and measuring initiatives in one or more of the following categories:
- • Sales, net profits, ROI
- • Taxes paid
- • Jobs created
- • Supplier relations
During this course, you select your most relevant financial sustainability topic and integrate it with best practices in change management and communications. You will learn how to align financial performance with business drivers and organizational values and culture. By doing this, you will understand how you and your organization(s) can expand the definition of success and achieve financial results over the long term.
